Sales Based Funding

  • Funding will be paid as a sales commission

  • The structure is similar to most account executive jobs, but at a higher commission percentage.

  • The founder will keep at least 51% of the company, usually more.

  • Because of the commission model, all of this can be done at your own pace, on the side of your current work.

  • This model is set up to create a win-win structure for founders and investors.
